Training The Next Generation

Join us this month for a unique chapter meeting showcasing student work from the Architectural Technology Programs at Wake Tech CC and Durham Tech CC! Leaders from both institutions will also provide information about how each program is used to develop future architects and designers. Come explore the training of the next generation- and meet the next generation of professionals! An excellent learning and networking opportunity.

Dinner is provided. Cash bar.

Learning Objectives:  1 AIA CEU

• The participant will learn more about the early steps in a students path toward becoming a licensed architect or designer.
• The participant will hear a presentation from a student representative of each program as they review a recent assignment and offer critique.
• The participant will better understand how professional organizations like CSI can offer support and mentoring opportunities to young designers.
• The participant will learn more about the Community College Programs and how they are effective in training the next generation of professionals.

• CSI RDU Chapter Members: $20
• Non CSI RDU Chapter Members: $35
• Students: $0
