Join us for our September program where we will tour the new Mixed Use Residential Tower currently under construction! This phase of the new campus is being designed by Gensler, and is currently under construction. Please wear jobsite PPE.

About The Event
Join us as we tour The Holston at The Weld, featuring a 20-story tower will include 283 luxury high-rise units, pool deck, gym and sauna, eight townhomes, and a coworking space. Amenities will also feature a rooftop terrace, sky lounges and mezzanine units on the top floor.
The tower will also partially wrap an 8-level parking deck with 702 parking spaces. Phase one of The Weld is underway, with construction starting in summer 2023. 675 apartments and ground-floor retail in two 20-story towers are on track for occupancy in summer 2025.
The buildings, connected by a central green space, will feature a ground-level restaurant and retail space.
The project’s name is a nod to becoming the intersection that “brings together” the park’s green space and Raleigh’s urban downtown.
