About The Event
Join us this month to help fight childhood hunger in our area by volunteering with St. Mark's United Methodist Church's Backpack Buddies program and help pack meals for children in need. This effort aims to guarantee that every child has access to healthy meals, particularly during weekends and school breaks when they might lack proper nutrition.
As a volunteer, you will be essential in performing the following tasks:
Sorting and organizing food items
Assembling meal kits
Labeling and packing bags for distributing
Space is limited to the first 10 volunteers for this effort.
