$150.00 paid to the "CSI Raleigh Durham Chapter".
- This fee does not include any of the resource study materials needed to complete this study program (see below for study material information).
- This fee will be due on the first day of the program.

In 2010 all certification exams will ONLY be computer based including; the CDT and the advanced exams (CCS, CCCA, & CCPR).
All the CSI Certification exams will be offered twice during the year (see below for exam dates)

Chapter Program Synopsis:
- The Study Program shall meet on a weekly basis starting Tuesday, June 22, 2010.
- The weekly programs shall continue thru Tuesday, September 21, 2010.
- The programs will be held at the same time each week, and will last for 2 hours minimum. For a total of 13 weeks
- For AIA Participants: Each session has beenregistered with AIA to offer 2 hours of contact ton include both HSW and SD credits. If you will be requiring these credits, please notify the instructor when you register for the program. (for a total of 24 contact hours)
- Specific study material will be dependent on the needs of the participants as there are potentially three different study tracks being offered by the chapter program (Construction Documents Technologist [CDT], Certified Construction Specifier [CCS], & Certified Construction Contract Administrator [CCCA]) to be included. (See list below)
- Participants will be expected to actively participate in the study session, and bring their own study materials.
- The study sessions will be designed to cover the sections of the Project Resource Manual, and the AIA or EJCDC contract documents indicated for their specific study requirements.

- AIA 201-2007; General Conditions of the Contract for Construction (ALL)
- AIA 101-2007; Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor (CCS & CCCA)
- EJCDC C-700-2007; Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (ALL)
- EJCDC C-520-2007; Suggested Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for Construction Contract , Stipulated Price (CCS & CCCA)
- NOTE: The exam will now be including the material from the new 2007 CSI, AIA, and EJCDC documents

- CDT instruction will also include questions and review material developed by SpecGuy and presented the Raleigh Durham-CSI chapter, and other resources via the internet.
- CCCA instruction will also include study and review questions developed by the Raleigh Durham-CSI Chapter.
- The new CDT certification exam incorporates the following new topics:
o Building Information Modeling (BIM)
o Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
o Green Building − GreenFormat™ and Sustainability
o The new topics will be included in the “Fundamentals” category. (Refer to the CDT Study Guide for additional information regarding the category breakdown) That category represents 8 percent of the questions on the exam. The exam will continue to be 100 multiple-choice questions. To pass, candidates still must receive a grade of 75 percent or higher.

June 21, 2010- CSI Raleigh Durham Chapter Certification Exam 13 week study group program begins. July 20, 2010- Opening of Exam Regstration. August 20, 2010- Final Registration Deadline for CDT, CCS, CCCA, & CCPR Computer based exam. September 20, 2010- CSI Raleigh Durham Chapter 2010 Certification Exam Study Program final session. September 20-25, 2010- CSI Certification for CDT, CCS, CCCA, & CCPR Nationwide Computer Exams (local Prometric Testing sites)
Next computer based CSI exam dates for 2010 are March 28 through April 2, 2011 (Registration to open in Spring 2010 on the institute web site)
The final registration deadline for the CSI exams is August 20, 2010.
